Seven Specialized Nursing Departments

Seven Specialized Departments

Train Where the Patients Are

Bhatnagar Hospital - 150 beds, 40 years of operation, founded by the first MD in Roorkee. Full wards, active ICU, daily OPDs.

Mentorship from Practicing Specialists

Dr. Bhatnagar (cardiology), Dr. Sandhya Bhatnagar (past IAP President, neonatology), Dr. Arpit Tomar (angiography), and a strong ICU team - all active here.

A Small Batch, By Design

30 students in B.Sc, 20 in GNM. Small enough that the principal knows every student by name. Big enough to run a full clinical roster.

Career-Ready, Not Just Certified

Graduates leave with the skill to work at any NABH-accredited hospital in India or abroad. Built through years of daily practice on real patients.

We Only Teach Nursing.

Many private universities offer engineering, management, pharmacy, and nursing all under one roof. Their faculty rotates between programs. Their hospitals (when they exist) are shared between MBBS, BDS, and nursing students. Their fees subsidize the cheaper programs from the more expensive ones.

We are different. Bhatnagar Institute teaches only nursing. Bhatnagar Hospital exists only to treat patients, not to satisfy inspections. The faculty are practicing doctors and nurses, not generalist academics. The hospital is the curriculum - the lab, the classroom, and the textbook combined.
